Six games into the regular season we find ourselves with a respectable 4-2 record. Our two losses to Boston College and Alabama were tough ones in that we had the lead in both games with under two minutes to play.

Our team has the opportunity to improve greatly this year as six of our twelve scholarship players are freshmen. The demanding non-conference schedule we have this year, including four road contests, should prepare our young players for the BIG EAST conference.

We have two tough road games coming up this week (Tuesday at Northeastern and Saturday at Rhode Island). I know our players are looking forward to the challenge and the rest of the season!
